Shipping is quoted live at checkout using our carrier partners. During checkout you'll enter your destination address and see every eligible service, carrier, and price before confirming payment. Every physical order ships signature-required. Peptide reference standards ship as room-temperature lyophilized powder in tamper-evident cartons. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the seller's control.
Signature required at delivery
Every shipment requires a recipient signature at delivery. Packages will not be left unattended or released without the carrier obtaining the required signature. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, ensuring an authorized recipient is available to sign, monitoring tracking information, and arranging redelivery or carrier pickup after a missed delivery attempt.
Room-temperature transit
All peptide reference standards are lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders that ship at room temperature. Post-delivery storage instructions on the product page are unaffected by transit — recipients should follow lot-specific storage guidance once the parcel arrives.
